Quest Moonee Valley

Moonee Valley Civic Centre is the main customer service centre of the Moonee Valley City Council.  It has been established to promote a new way of the Council interacting with the community. The Centre features state of the art technology and fully trained staff. The purpose of the Centre is to provide the community with a place to go to make general enquiries, assist with business applications and process payments. 

The Centre provides the community with relevant information on permits, health care, the environment (including waste and recycling management), traffic and transport, roads and planning.

The Centre is the Council's “one-stop-shop” for customer service. Open weekdays 8.30am-5.00pm.
